1. Digital Services
All digital services (like social media management, SEO, video editing, etc.) are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before the work begins, you may receive a partial refund, minus consultation or administrative charges.
2. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Courses, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once the file has been delivered or accessed.
3. Physical/Other Products
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products only.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Refund or replacement will be issued after product inspection.
4. Cancellation
- Service cancellations must be requested via email at info@p2square.com within 24 hours of order placement.
- Ongoing subscriptions or monthly services require a 7-day notice for cancellation before the next billing cycle.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
