  • Digital products such as eBooks, templates, video files, or downloadable assets will be delivered via email or a secure download link immediately or within 1–24 hours after payment confirmation.
  • If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours, please contact us at info@p2square.com with your order details.

2. Service Delivery

  • For digital services (e.g., website design, SEO, graphic/video editing), delivery timelines are discussed and agreed upon before the project starts.
  • All communication, project files, and final outputs are delivered digitally via email, cloud links, or project management platforms.

3. Physical Product Shipping (If Applicable)

  • For items like merchandise, printed materials, or other physical goods, we ship across India and selected international locations.
  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping time depends on your location and chosen delivery method (standard or express).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • Free shipping may apply on select promotional products or offers (if mentioned).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS (if applicable).
  • You can track your shipment status using the courier partner’s website.

6. Undelivered / Lost Packages

  • If your physical order is delayed, lost, or not received within 10 business days (India) or 20 business days (international), please email info@p2square.com with your order number.
  • We will assist you in tracking, reshipping, or refunding (based on case verification).

7. Delivery Delays

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or high demand. We will notify you promptly in such cases.
